CIC Credit Report, ripoff, fraudulent credit card charges Nashville Tennessee

I went online for what was supposed to be a free credit report. In order to receive this "free" credit report they asked for a credit card number to sign up for a 30 day free trial of a credit montitering account, which you could cancel at anytime.

I used the company credit card since there were to be no charges unless after 30 days I wished to continue with the acount. I immediately called to cancel and thought everything was finished, but since then the company credit card has been billed twice in July and twice in August for a total of $89.30.

I called the company again today 09/09/05 and told them to remove my name and all credit card info from their computer and to not bill anymore. CIC informed me that they could not remove my info. That is way I am filing this report and hoping to receive a full refund. Thank You, Cathy.
