CIC Credit Reporting Agency CIC are Proffesional Scam Artists ripoff Irvine California

I requested a free credit credit report from this company and i definitely did not get anything free... These people charged my debit card without my authorization. When i called the company the told me that i agreed to this charge, when i know for a fact that i didn't. There was nothing even on the page that even mentioned a charge of $36. I kept telling them i did not authorize these charges and when i asked for a supervisor they hung up on me.

I called back and the representatives got extremely nasty with me and gave me a fax # 949-567-3858 and told me to include my reference number and direct it to the attn: of consumerinfo/crg to request a refund. no luck there i even included a call back number no response.... I've noticed from reading other complaints that there are several different amounts charged to different people and i have also seen 3 different toll free #'s.

This company is in the business of scamming people and we need to do something about.
