In April of 2007. I signed up to receive my a free credit report and all I had to do was cancel it within 30 days or else I would be charged monthly. I at the time thought I was being smart so I received my report and then automatically canceled. Well or at least I thought that I did. Continually since April 18, 2007, which might I add was before the 30 days time frame, I have received a 9.95 charged and then I also receive another charge on 31st of every month.
To date that have stolen over $131.00 from my bank account. I only way I can get a refund is to write a letter to a company located in CA. They do not have a phone number where I can contact. This is insane and I have no idea how they are able to get away with this. It is stealing!!!
