The company offers 30days free to access your credit report.
It took them 2-3 weeks to send me a password. I then could get in only once but did not show my credit report just general info. I tried again and access denied. I tried several times to call and cancel, and the last time they charged my account I called to cancel. They refused to cancel and I kept insisting they do something and I would go to the Supervisor,Manager Ceo the President I didn't care. The agent put me on hold and after being refused to speak to a Supervisor she came back on the phone saying she would cancel it and they would refund the charge. But you have to basically yell or they refuse. Beware you don't get anything for your money !!!!!!!!!!
