Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
When you arrive at Cici's Pizza Brownwood, Margaret charges you for drinks without asking if you want drinks. The pizza has also been cheepend! They put a good Garlic butter sauce on the dough before. They don't put it now, and the pizza and service is just horrid! You don't get your monies worth, ripping you off! I got sick from the pizza! Vomiting and diarrhea! Stay away!

I'm really trying to see what you expect from a $5-$6 All You Can Eat pizza buffet? It's not like you are having a 7 course dinning experience at the Four Seasons.
If they charge you for drinks without asking, say "No Thank You, I didn't want a drink" or leave if it really bugs you.
If you don't think you are getting your money's worth...eat more. It is all you can eat.
If they stopped putting on the Garlic Butter find yourself another $5 buffet that does, or better yet how about make a pizza at home?
As for getting sick...yea most people would put that first not as a passing statement at the end of your report.
