I saw the add, you know the one, the decent looking guy driving around in a hunk of junk used car with his buddies playin the guitars.... well... i decided to check out the site for myself... read the fine print and it said (and I quote) "Your credit card will not be charged during the free trial period. However, valid credit card information is required to establish your account."
They tell you, however, that if you dont cancel within 7 days, you will be charged $14.95 a month... well, I never got any information on how to cancel and still cannot find out how to cancel my account with them.... I did not bank on these charges and have since overdrawn my account because of them.
How do I cancel??? How do I get the money back that they rightfully should have sent me an email to let me know they were deducting them???

I found not one but 3 fraudulent charges on my visa account this month. I know fighting those with the companies who charged me will be a never ending story. I called the phone number on my visa statement, told them about the fraudulent charges and they took the charges off. Because I know these companies will try to bill me again next month, I changed my credit card number. I will receive the new card in 7 days, and I will use my other card ( master) in the meantime..

Here is the number for them. I called them this morning. If you look at your bank statement, and see where they are listed their number is in that listing.
1-877-481-6825
Do not press one because it will tell you they are not open. Strange this is when they say that they are not open, they then tell you their hours 6am-6pm. I called this morning at 9AM and they told me they were closed. Stupid I know.
Make sure you tell them you want it cancelled and then call your bank and let them know. I am going to be monatoring my account to make sure they don't charge me again.
