CIG REALTY ANTHONY PODIAS, KEITH ANTHONY CIG REALTY IS A SCAM East Meadow , New York

I found this company in our local paper. I was excited because my new husband and I have credit issues due to past relationships. I looked the company up online and found that Anthony Podias was a licensed Realtor. So I felt it was safe. We found a home and was asked to send in the $5000 so we could start biding. They sent the contract to us that clearly stated that we would get our deposit back. Well of course the bid was low and we didn't get the home. I ended up with some major health issues and called and talked to Julianna and told her that we would like our deposit back for now and around March or April we would look for a home again. She said no problem she would submit my request to the accounting department. That is when our nightmare began. I waited the 15 days and nothing. I called and Anthony told me with the Storm and with the holidays to be patient that they had hired some people to help get refunds returned. I was understanding until almost two months had past and I had sent many emails during that two months and always got the same response we are working on it. Finally I got Anthony on the phone and he told me to talk to Gus he was handling all the refunds now. I did and Gus said that they would like to give my refund back in installments and he would be sending us an agreement to sign. I got the email and they wanted to send my deposit back $500 a month until it was paid in full. Of course I emailed him back and said I wired ALL of it to you in one day I would expect for his company to return all my money the same way not in installments. Gus replied that he would talk to Keith Anthony. I waited a few days and nothing. I spoke with Gus again and he told me that Keith was signing some checks and someone would call me in a few minutes to verify my address. No one ever called. I tried to reach Gus with no luck. He would return emails but it still was we are working on it. The next email from Gus was that he was no longer working with CIG and I needed to speak with Keith Anthony about the refund. So I emailed Keith (I could get no answer at CIG)and he did respond he stated someone would call me by the end of the day. And as I had suspected no call. I emailed him again and his reply was the phones were crazy and he would call. This email came from his blackberry phone.I called and called no answer. I went on line and found this. It sickens me that all of us got scammed! My family like everyone else's can't afford to lose money!

I can only pray that we will see at least some of our money back but I am not getting my hopes up. I hope that these scumbags get what is coming to them! I contacted the FBI and gave them all my info. I also contacted the DA in the state I am from and I plan on
