I got ripped off from them as well. I have asked for a refund but they tell me that I agreed to the shipping agreement that I am responsible for the cigs once they come to the US I asked for a routing number for the shipping and they told me that they do not get numbers so they cannot find my cigs. I even called the JFK airport where they said they were being held, they had no clue what I was even talking about Im out over 350.00

May I ask why you are still selling the cigs when you know that the majority of them will be "Caught at customs"? Why dont you offer us the tracking numbers so we CAN try to locate them?

Amber-
That is funny you say that. I called your "customer service" number, about 3 weeks ago, and they had NO IDEA regarding my account, they had no record of it (so they say) well you found it, hmmmm Yes, I DID sign the disclaimer, although YOU CANNOT PROVE THAT THEY WERE TAKED BY CUSTOMS!!!! I have asked numerous times for the tracking numbers of my orderS (more than 1) your company says they do not get tracking numbers. So I called JFK airport where you say they were taken, I also got an email stating I need to contact the Dept. of Homeland Security. So I called both. The airport told me that they had NO CLUE what I was talking about and couldnt tell me anyhting else. I was laughed at from whom ever I spoke with at the D.H.S. So if you can prove to me (tracking number, letter from JFK airport) that my cigs WERE taken, I will let this all go. But alas YOU CANT!!!!

This customer is being highly dishonest regarding his missing cigarettes. When he placed his order over the website in December he was required to sign a disclaimer for which he took full reponsibility should his cigarettes be seized. All our customers were required to do so following the seizure of the plane load of cigarettes by US Customs during November.
If this customer was so unhappy with us, then why did he continue to place orders during 2005. Also the order to which he is referring from December was for $107.50 of which $17.75 was refunded for items not sent. Therefore, he is being completely dishonest by stating he "out over 350.00".
