Do not deal with Cig4U.com unless you enjoy being taken for a ride. The conduct of the company reflects the hallmarks of a deliberate scam operation.
While equivalent product purchased from other on-line merchants usually arrive in 2 to 3 weeks (note: never subject to seizure), and while this company's website states that >>we guarantee delivery within 21 days>we guarantee products are supplied to our customers. customers will be compensated for late deliveries>in case of undelivered goods refunds will be granted only after 60 days from the original purchase date
Instead, responding to multiple on-line and email complaints over 90 days after the order date, the company merely returns a variety of auto-generated form letters ranging in contents from the irrelevant to the absurd, served in incoherent English aimed clearly at confusing the issues and protract resolution of the matter or, in effect, aimed at tiring and ultimately silence the customer.
Most recently, faced with my proposal that the matter be turned over to the police, the form letter response changes slightly to reporting the company's lawyers (plural!) looking >>into the legality of this seizure>rights under U.S. law>updated as soon as we have some more information>within the following weeks>beyond the control of our company
So, while quick to charge my credit card, the company continues its delay tactics into the 4th month, reneging on virtually all of its commitments. Telling proof of the company's lack of credibility also emerges from the message generated (February 14, 2005) at their website's order tracking feature: "We are currently experiencing some delays of shipments, due to Thanksgiving and the run up to the Holiday Season." and "Though we guarantee delivery within 21 days, during this busy time of the year many orders do not arrive within this period, and may take over 30 days and longer."
Do not deal with Cig4U.com unless you enjoy being taken for a long expensive ride.

Refund received surprisingly quick after advising the company of my filing of the Rip-Off report and that further steps would be taken unless the product showed up within 10 days.
Seems to confirm the order was never shipped to begin with !!
