All that happens now when you try to send an e-mail or contact the phone support line is the e-mail bounces back because their mailbox is full and their phone support is a recording asking you to leave a message which obviously is never returned.
Glad to see you are spreading the word about scam artists like this. Wish there was another way to get back at them so they will think twice about doing this again (or more importantly still)!!
Oh, I forgot to mention that I tried to track them down through their ISP and sent them a message as well, but it seems as though they are headquartered in Israel and I got no response from this route as well.

This is the message I received from Amber at cig4u.com explaining why I did not receive my carton of cigarettes.
"Dear Howard Prince,
With reference to your comments on ripoffreports.com, you may redirect your complaints to your own Customs Department. Your carton of cigarettes was returned to us by them last week, yes a full five months after it was shipped to you. We receive a great many parcels back from Canada because your Customs department choose not to deliver them and neither do they have the common courtesy to let our customers know that their orders have been seized and returned to sender.
You have been refunded $21.95 for your order and you will be seeing this on your credit card statement very shortly.
Therefore, please remove your comments from this website as we have not ripped you off in any way, shape or form.

So, as you can see many Canadian citizens are at the mercy of Canadian Customs departments as are many those residing in many other countries around the world. We are not psychic and cannot presume that any missing order has been seized and will be returned, therefore, we can only act as and when returns are received. If Howard had contacted us we could have informed him of this possibility.
