Cigarette Shop.Biz/Cheap Cigaettes Ann Wilson Never received order or refund just excusses! Internet

Ordered cigarettes and received tracking # for USPS and waited for 4 weeks. No order received so I called USPS. They informed me that I would have to get in touch with the company responsible for shipping the order and the company could inquire about the order. Informed cigarette-shop.biz and a support manager by the name of Ann Wilson (PROBABLY MADE UP) e-mailed me to let me know that they had spoken to USPS and was informed that because of a new US law the package had been destroyed with other random packages or it could be human error. They asked if I wanted to reship and I asked for refund instead. Ever since this last communication I have never received any type of communication to inform me of my status. APPARENLY the tracking # was a fraud because the package was delivered in MA October 1,2010 before I requested a refund. How did this person get a tracking # for USPS package that was legite?
