Cigarrest ripoff Vista California

In July '06 I ordered (on line) a "free" 30 day supply of Cigarrest - a stop smoking aid. The on line order form states 30 day supply free just pay shipping and handeling ($6.95)

That amount was bill to my credit card. When I received the package I did not notice that it contained - a 90 day supply - not a 30 day supply - in August Cigarrest billed my credit card $99 - I called Cigarrest - they told me that they would continue to ship unless I cancelled any further shipments - I cancelled and received a cancellation confirmation number - in
September Cigarrest billed $79 to my credit card - I called again and was told that they had shipped a 90 day supply in July and were still charging me for that.

When I looked at the bottle - indeed it was a 90 day supply, not the 30 day supply that I had agreed to. Cigarrest told me that there was no alternative - that I must pay - and could not return the shipment becasue I had not responded with in the 30 day period after the initial order. I called the bank and the bank essentially told me the same thing. I think that this is a rip off - they did not send what I ordered - they tripled it without my consent and I don't believe that they should be able to get away with this type of business. Granted - I should have noticed the difference in quantity - my error - but what this amounts to is $187 dollars for 90 pills - and a CD - how in the world is that not a rip off in the biggest sense of the words.
I believe -- in the research that I have done that you have other complaints against this company - what can we do to rectify this situation so that other people are not ripped off - and those of us who were are compensated.
