Cigline.net many other names and the charge came under the name of Geny's Solutions. Fraudulent USA tracking number saying shipping label being generated and never was. Promised order in two to six weeks and it was never received. The last communication was that they would get back to me and check with the shipping department. They never got back to me. They never gave the money back. They no longer respond to E-mails. I found other complaints that said they are also under the many company names. internet address only Internet

I placed my order and was told that it would be received in two to four weeks. The following day a charge to Geny's Solutions appeared on my bank statement. Three days later they told me the order was shipped and I asked for the tracking number. I was given a tracking number and when I checked the postal service it said they received information that a shipping label was being prepared. A few weeks later I notified them that the same message for the tracking number was appearing. They said they would check on it with shipping. I never received a esponse! I found online a complaint with another one of their companies and became concerned and sent them the complaint that I found. I received an E-mail back that they are not a scam and never heard from them again. It is approaching a month since the last E-mail. No money back. No merchandise, No response to my E-mails and the same message for the tracking number. I believe in addition to being a scam they committed a federal crime with the use of the US postal system as part of their scam. This is the list from the other complaint that I found.

This is the third time they lied.
!. They sent a tracking number but never shipped.
2. They said they would check with shipping and get back. They never got back.
3. After filing ripoff report they responded and said they would refund. They told me they refunded two weeks ago and never did.
THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!

It seems posting of this response gave them motivation to finally respond. I hope that it is on the level. If not, I will add to this. The following is what I received this morning; Dear Stephen,
