I went to my doctor on October the 4th and they ran my insurance card just fine. If indeed my insurance was terminated as they stated, the card would have been cancelled and I would be responsible for the whole bill. Furthermore, I spoke to a lady minding the phone the last week of October. She states to me that my policy is still ACTIVE!

Send in the $141.00 and we can pay the doctor bill. If indeed my policy was terminated why have an active policy in October? If indeed my policy was terminated how was I able at such time to go to mycigna.com and pay on my bill Nov. 2nd?? I did so. I have bank statements. Then Cigna all of a sudden decides that they want to refuse to pay the bill. So they create a false narrative that I did not pay within the 3 month grace period???

They send a letter on December the first to state my policy is supposedly canceled September 30th?? Really?? That is really way after the fact. All of my documents state your doctor claim is on hold during Oct. And Nov until a payment is made. They accepted the payment Nov 2nd!! Then they refused to pay the bill!! They sent some of the money back not all of it which would be wrong!!

If indeed my policy was terminated I would have been locked out of the bill paying mycigna.com site!!! So that's not true. All phone calls can be subpoenaed!! I need a lawyer to help me please. Do not go with this insurance company. They do not care about their customers and treated me very unfairly!! Playing with paperwork!! Scam!!
