CINCINNATI FOUNDATION CO. CURT PRINDLE, CHRIS KUNTZ, KUNTZ FOUNDATION CONTRACTOR, TRITON CONCRETE, GEOTECH WILL NOT COMPLETE WORK OR HONOR CONTRACT WARRANTY BLUE ASH Ohio

On October 7, 2013 I signed a life time warranty contract with Cincinnati Foundation Co. (Chris Kuntz) to stop water entry into the basement at (((REDACTED))), OH 45150.  The job was never completed, the 1HP sump pump was never installed.  He said a second catch basin/pump needed to be installed at the rear wall but was never installed.  You cannot extract water from a foundation without a pump.  There are no drain pipes going to the catch basin that was installed.  There is still flooding like before he performed the work.  I have exchanged text messages with Chris Kuntz over 70 times (recorded) plus over 30 phone calls with him saying he will take care of it but never has to date.   The contract is for the life of the building & he is in direct breach of contract.  He also wanted payment mad directly to him personally.  YOU WOULD BE CRAZY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE INDIVIDUAlS.
