I bought a 55LG7600 3D SMart TV from Best Buy over a year ago. I t came with an applications called CinemaNow which is a Best Buy product. IN the past year and hald I have ben able to watch ONE that 1 out of 50 plus movies that I have loaded on UltraViolet. This issue keep returning when corrected by by tech support, that will last about 1 week at best. AT BEST! I have been in contact with support again and have been explained to that my TV is NOT COMPATIBLE with CinemaNow. SO just to recap, bought a TV from Best Buy, has a Best Buy app on it for viewing movies, app is not compatible with LG TV that was purchase from Best Buy. I highly suggest that if you are in the market for a TV and come with certain apps that the salesman pushed verify that the apps are compatible.
