Cinemanow.com Sell movie downloads that just quit working after a year or so. Internet

In the past 2-3 years I have purchased several movies from them. The movies play fine for awhile and then arbitrarly one, if not all of them just stop playing. I contact them and all they do is have you go into files on your computer-delete the DRM file, or rename it- and tell you to redownload the movies again.

Ok, well it seems simple enough right? Wrong! After going through all that and redownloading the movies, only 3 of the 6 movies actually worked again. The other three movies popped-up a screen asking me to purchase the titles again. So I get back to them about this issue and all they do is reactivate the download for the titles I clearly told them were working fine now. Hmmm, so what part of working fine didn't they understand?

To make a long story short. I have had contact with 6 people concerning the same issue with the movies. Not one of these people have even bothered to look at the initial ticket to review the actual problem. I've had to repeat myself to each one of those 6 people with no results to this day.
