We purchased two Palm Treo phones and one Samsung phone in mid-March 2007. We submitted all required information, proofs of purchase, receipts, etc. via certified mail. This information was received by Cingular/AT&T in late April.
The rebate form states that we should receive our rebates "within 10-12 weeks after. . . rebate request has been received and verified." To date, we have not received any rebates. When we contacted customer service, we were told we should have our rebates "in about one week". This has been ongoing since late August.
It has been over 20 weeks and we still have not received our rebates. Where do we go from here? Customer service just keeps saying we will receive our rebates "in about one week".

I've been a victim of this as well. I cannot express how frustrated and irrated I am. You purchase something and the offer tells you it comes with a rebate. So you like oh wow! That means it'll only cost this much "if" I get my rebate. You would think that would be easy. But no, you have to go through all these delays as if they were ever going to give you your rebate. Can anyone help us here?
