In November 2006, I order three new phones for three of my business lines. We did not like the new phones and return back to Cingular Wireless. For two months I have not seen credit back to my credit card so I decided to call these $%$%^%.

I made a least 5 phone calls and on average I spend over 40 min to find out what happened to my phones. Every time I would be kept on hold then transfer to one department to other department with no solution. Every time I was told that they never received phone back but today after 1.5 hour hold they confirmed that they have received phone back when I finally got to speak with manager.

The manager told me that they can not issue credit for phone as they were return after their 30 days term which is fine so I asked them to return my phone back and amazingly CINGULAR WIRELESS is telling me that if phone return after 30 days they will not issue the credit and they will not return the phone back.

They really do their best to frustrate people by keeping them on hold then hang up so people don't call back to get their issues resolved. Everyone knows time is money but I took my time to dig in as much as I could and reporting here so people can be aware of Cingular Wireless now NEW AT&T

If you would have taken your time viewing the 30 day policy to begin with you wouldn't be in this pickle.

This is a perfect example of customers not doing everything they should to make sure their rear-ends are covered and then when a mistake comes up, they're quick to blame the company.

20 bucks says you never read the owner's manual for those devices too!
