Cingular Wireless ripoff. They ripoff their employees as much as their customers Oklahoma City Oklahoma

I worked for this sh** company for 3 years. Lets just say that the reason the customer service is crap is because the employees are just as unhappy as you the customer. It's like they pull all the managers into a room and dehuminize them. They are more worried about stats and the bottom line then whether or not you are getting satisfactory customer service.

I worked consumer customer service for 9 months, and business ordering for 2 years. Even top corperate accounts and government accounts are getting screwed on a daily basis. All of the call centers in Oklahoma City are union,(thats the biggest joke of all, they are next on my ripoff hit list)and we are targets from the beginning. I have had to fight to get anything and everything done. I proved the company and the union wrong on several occasions, and still they searched for anyway to get rid of me. I finally got tired of the fight and walked out with my middle finger high in the air.

When I first started there, I was completly shocked at how greedy this company really is. We were being trained to set up and handle prepaid accounts, and the trainer actually said if they dont use all the money on their card in the time allowed oh well,,, it's ours and they can't have it back. That's how they do their employees too.

When it comes time for bonuses they will have the quality team fail you for anything so they they don't have to pay you as much. Then when you do get this crappy little bonus that you worked your butt off for, they've taxed it 50 to 75%. We later found out that this money goes into an account that Cingular is drawing intrest on. You might get some of it back at the end of the year, but if your like me, you usually have to pay. So what good is it doing me.

They will find anyway they can to get everyones money. I can't wait to see this company fall like Enron. This is just the tip of the iceburg. One day Stan Sigman(CEO) and everyone underneath him will get what they deseve. I am so glad to be rid of this company!
