Cingular Wirelss RipOff,Lies
today i received my paper bill, i notice my bill was higher than normal. so my wife called them up and they said it was extra for internet usage she said well they told me we had unlimited internet uasage! She says no it was for 3 months only then it was limited to 1 meg a month.my wife said well she did not tell me this so i was assuming it was unlimited for the duration of the service. she says no...
Idiots at CINGULAR do not tell you the full story about a service they tell *YOU THE CUSTOMER* what you need to know to get you to sign up! i believe its called bait and switch tactic.
they must school store reps on how to lie and mislead the public to signing up,then when the bill comes you are in trouble becuase your locked into a 2year contract" and the only thing you can do is Cancel that feature and have 1 less option on your wireless service paln becuase some moron lied to you.
