Cinque McKetty Q Miami Hospitality Group Awaka McKetty Scam Artist Liar Fraud BS Artist Deceitful Defraud Scheme Illegal Miami Beach Florida

Cinque first came to me as an agent, wishing to rent my house for his clients in Miami Beach. He claimed he had a "nice family" ready to reserve my property for a nice quiet stay and yet needed them to put it on 5 different credit cards with a hokey story about how it was a surprise for the main guest. I took the bait. Even after I asked him repeatedly for their authorization forms and identification, and he continued to promise and not deliver. 

Fast forward to the last day of the rental and the "nice family" put on a huge event, including an incredibly loud dj, port-a-potty's! as well as several hundred people that had rsvp'd for the event. Instead the police were called, I received 11 violations from the City and realilzed I had been duped by complete scam artists, the main one of which was Cinque himself. 

Cinque or "Q" as he likes to call himself had prior knowledge of this massive event and not only allowed it to happen, showed up when the police were there to tell them he was the property manager and all of this was allowed, which, led to more fines and violations. Lies on top of lies with no regard for anyone elses well-being. 

Since that has occurred I have had little luck recouping the losses I incurred. A lot of promises to pay me back for the fines. A lot of promises to repay me for charge-back after fraudulent charge-back that came in. Instead what I received was small deposits, late and always less than what he promised. Of which I am still $8,000 in the hole and with countless headaches and problems because of it. Problems with the city, problems with the merchant account. 

He has switched phone numbers, he has blocked me. He has created a new company which steals it's name from mine, most likely for the purpose of defrauding others using my good name. Now I will recover from these losses, but I will not allow others to fall into the same scams he used on me and others. He will lie to you until he's blue in the face and turn around and do it to the next person and the next. 

His new company, Sobe Lifestyle Group is a "membership club" which asks for a startup fee and then an annual membership fee. As he repeatedly informs me how broke he is, and unable to repay his debts, I would be very careful handing $1,000 over to him for him to run off with, especially considering his office address has changed twice now since opening this company in November. 

With his other company, he posts pictures of properties he has been repeatedly threatened with legal action to remove, at prices that are not accurate, to bait and switch and steal from the consumer. He has a history of fraud and it is only getting worse. 

Run, do not walk, if Cinque "Q" McKetty asks you for even a dollar. He is a scam artist of the lowest common denominator. A bottom feeder, a cheat, a liar. DO NOT TRUST HIM WITH ANY MONEY!!! He will continue to make false promises until he will disappear from the face of the earth.
