wow, the firedog tech can go on and on. But it is obvious he has not grasped what the prior posts have pointed out. Could be a company response under the guise of a tech. As a consumer, when a major national chain advertises that their techs are specialists with highly specialized skills, it should not be necessary to as what the techs certifications are. Not to mention the fact that you never are advised who will be working on your computer, they have many different personnel in that department. It is months later and since I have not needed to use some special features available on the media center, I just realized there was another "forgotten" feature. Sorry, you have not impressed me and CC is still a no no for service of any kind.

what is your rip off report. it does not make sense. the only thing i understood is that you do not like firedog service but no mention as to why. suggestion-if you dont like their service dont use it. their are othr PC services offered by other companies
