Hi Readers,

What else would someone expect this person to say?  That he is a scam artist, liar, deceptive, and abusive?   No, better to blame the victim? Maybe he can fool some of the people some of the time but he can't fool all of the people all the time!!!!!  This guy is making up all kinds of excuses, calling the victim crazy, making up lies, etc..no wonder..he can't defend how horrible he was.

This company was given full disclosure UP FRONT about my asthma, allergies and chemcial sensitivities. He agreed to work with me on using green products that more and more people want these days, even healthy people.  For someone with breathing disabilities, it is a matter of life and death and he was made aware of this but thought that he could get away with it.  He kept giving excuses about why he wasn't showing me or the grant office his insurance papers.  On the Friday before Monday's start date,  he informed me that he was sending someone to my house that had never been here before and had no idea what was going on.  The guy never showed up.  This company left me sitting and waiting for hours.  They did not cancel.  They did not return phone calls.  That alone speaks for itself.  

Vinny Cirigliano should be ashamed of himself for referring to a previous contractor who couldn't do the job as a way to attack me.  He knows that this wonderful man, who has done prior work for me that was amazing, was diagnosed with terminal cancer and had to cancel all his scheduled jobs.  To use someone who is facing such a terrible diagnosis as an excuse to bad mouth me, is unforgivable!

CIRIGLIANO CONSTRUCTION VINNY CIRIGLIANO,  never should have agreed to take the job if he couldn't deliver the requirements of the job.  There was a complete lack of understanding or respect for the guidelines.

Additionally, I never said he had to start at 10am and I never said anything about going to pick up a rescue dog.  I did tell him that I support the work that animal rescue groups do. The rest is his fantasy. 

I really don't think that this person was comprehending anything that was initially discussed with him nor does he care about what could happened to me had he used products that were harmful to my health.  It's like giving someone a piece of cake with peanuts in it when the person has told you that they can die from peanut allergy.  You just don't do that to someone..unless your name is CIRIGLIANO CONSTRUCTION VINNY CIRIGLIANO,

The conclusion of his fiasco is that I found someone who understands green products and in fact, made some wonderful suggestions on his own.  He ordered appropriate materials and had them delivered. That is what a professional does who cares about the quality of his work and the needs of his clients.

My company has been in Business for 16 years . I have built many homes in the Hudson Valley and have done 1000 s of projects from Custom homes to Historical remodeling . I have no complaints except from this lady .
     Here is the real story . First of all my company did not do one bit of work at her house. This was a job that was being paid for by New York State Dept of Agriculture rulal Development. After many contractors refused to work there she called me. I gave her a price that fit into her allowance that New York State allowed her. After going over all what she wanted with her and dealing with her crazy ways I understood why the other contractors cancelled or made up excuses. Now some of the things she said to me Like you can not start till after 10 because I need my sleep , next she was allergic to every kind of building material known to man ,if she had to leave to rescue a dog my crew would have to leave , when i asked if she is so allergic to fiberglass how can she have a fiberglass inside her appliances , She answered that it was a different fiberglass then a shower base. I can go on and on but really no need to .
     The bottom line is my work speaks for itself I am fair and give my customers a nice job.
