cirrus asset management They tried to milk me for extra money since my lease ended. they added fees to my account and went up on my rent a month early. they also filed an eviction against me when i was only two weeks late fue to a problem with my account. they rejected my rent and asked for more money, and they told me each day my rent would go up more if i did not pay them these addtional fees. they wanted me to pay their attorney fees and all these extra fees.  calabasas, North Hollywood California

these people are crooks and unethical. My residence is in North Hollywood, but their corporte office is in Calabasas. These people are the worst i ever dealt with in my life and they will try to milk you for every penny that they can when your lease ends. they have fees on my account that does not make any sense at all and corporate will do nothing to help you out. i called chassidy and left messages several times and she refused to get back to me. finally i sent her and email and then she responded to do nothing to help. these people dont care and they went up on everybody rent and started making us all pay their property tax. my best friend said that should be illegal.

I have rented from asset management since 10/2012 and now since my lease has ended i have received several increases in my rent. The management here in 12300-12312 Sherman Way, North Hollywood, CA 91605 is totally a rip-off. These guys sent me documents stating my rent would not go up until Nov.1st 2013 and now when i tried to make payment for my rent in October 2013 they rejected my payment. They demanded that i pay an additional 200 dollars then thy threatened me and said that my file would be sent to their attorneys office. my rent is supposed to be 996.00 and i was a little late like two weeks late due to an issue i had with my bank. i was not even all that late and they already filed an eviction notice and demanded for me to pay rent plus attorney fees and also two hundred more bucks.

these people would totally screw you over when it comes to the point where your lease has ended. they went from 996.00 a month to chaging me 1095.00 and they said if i dont sign a new lease that my rent would be 1133.00 a month. that is more than 1 200 dollar increase for just a studio apartment. this does not make sense at all. they went up on everybody rent an exta 15 bucks and started making us all pay heir property tax as well. this company is ran by the Calabasas, CA branch and they are all crooks and have several lawsuits pending against them. they have rejected my payment and demanded me to pay an additional 645.00 bucks and this is not fair. they told me everyday that i dont pay them that my fees will go up with their attorney. so this is unethical and they have no mercy for anybody. they will try to clean out you bank account if they can.
