became a registered user, paying a one time payment for a one year usage of $29.95. On day I registered I brought up several pieces of info I needed and was charged amounts against the $29.95 fee. Went into the site 2 days later and was no longer recognized as a paid customer. They wanted more money. Where was the 1 year access? Something is very wrong with this company
