I subscribed to this web site in February. I was looking for a Cook County Website. This was listed with them. I gave them my credit card and went into the Site. I tried three names of ancestors I know were from Chicago and they were not there. I sent a e-mail within a 1/2 hour of signing up and explained this site was not what I expected and wanted to cancel. They did not respond. I went to my cred card company and they looked into it and said they could not help because I did not return my purchase. How do you return a web site.
I have not been back to this site since I tried to cancel. This has cost me $39.95 for nothing.
I do a lot of geneology on the internet This was a huge rip off
