I have the same story as many others.

Sales manager Rick Jenkins in Panama City Florida,failed to inform me that a fee will be deducted per transaction, monthly service charge from credit card company, (Orion), insurance must be kept,did not give me any information about the lease, No copy of a lease. I was informed it's simple to transfer to another company if not satisified. After a couple days of calls from outside companies informing me of my obligations I decided it was not for me. I contacted salesperson he disappeared. All other numbers given were not accurate. Machine was returned to Lease Finance. They state they have nothing to do with the salesperson, Lease can not be canceled. Say I signed it, sent me a copy of lease with my signature. I signed that I would pay $69.98 a month for 48 months. At time of signing I did not agree nor were I aware of other any obligations. Machine was returned.

I was threatened and harrassed daily by this company. They made me feel dumb. They have lowered my credit score and continues to ask for collection.

I would love to get this company back Looking for class action suit.
