I don't believe you have even attended high school much less graduated from college after reading your complaint.
Where did you learn that the dollar sign follows the numbers when you write about monetary values? Certainly not in any US school system from elementary school to college. It is a good indicater that you have a difficult time learning even basic English grammer. This may also indicate a problem reading or with reading comprehension; specifically, understanding the terms and conditions of your bank account.
If all the money you ever had in the account was $149 as you claim, then it is most likely below the minimum required balance per the terms and conditions of your account. If the sum total of your life's savings is as you stated, then close your account and keep the funds at home so you don't waste money on the monthy maintenance fee.

Did you call the police and report the theft?
Seriously, if there is any RipOff it seems to be the PA Education system if in fact they gave you a High School Diploma let alone you somehow got a College Degree.
The last few years they keep changing my "free checking acct" to there "Star acct" the star account has now charging my acct 10$ a month for the last year and all my money is GONE!!!.....the money I had saved was to pay my college loans now I have 29$ left and cant afford my bills!!!!
So they have been taking $10 a month for the last year(12 months), for a grand total of $120. Yet that was going to pay for your college loans? I think I will let you just think about that claim you are making for a bit and see if you can find the flaw in your statement.
One other thing. How come after the first month you noticed this how come you didn't complain and if the refused to fix it take your money out. After all $149($120 + $29) is actually something you could quite easily keep in something like your matress.
