RUN, RUN, RUN, do not walk away from using this lying crooked con artist sack of you know what cheat. He took me for alot of money. Over $30,000 and did NOT do the work and left my coop in a disaterous mess! He hired sub par sub contractors. They threw out my belongings, destroyed new hardwood flooring and left me homeless right before Christmas last year. I found him on home advisor which is another scam. Contractors pay them to be on their website and nothing they told me was true about him. Home advisor gave me a false sense of security or I would have never hired this moron. He lied and said he was a licensed contractor in my area. he offered 100% financing which is another reason why I hired him. He was not! He never got the permits!  He said he was a licensed plumber and electrician. He was not!He said him and his big crew would reno my 1 bedroom coop in 8-10 days. 3 weeks later my apartment was in shambles and a stop work order was placed on my door by the worker who did the demo on my sheetrock because he did not pay him blaming him for throwing my belongings away. Initially said he would give me the money back. Never did!! My new ocean front coop was unlivable.

Anyone who has been screwed over by this horror needs to file a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs. I filed a formal complaint with them. He never showed for the supension hearing. Be advised-HIS LICENSE IS SUSPENDED AS OF FEBRUARY 2015!!!!!!! If he is working it is illegally!!! I see some of you were ripped off in 2016! Go after him. I will see him in court next week. I am sorry for anyone else who has gone through this. Do your homework and ask questions. I do not want anyone to go through what I did.
