Citibank's Shell Mastercard was canceled on me with no prior notice 2 weeks ago. The rebate for the last months usage was not posted and will not post.

They are within their rights to revoke a card for any reason, however they are still responsible for providing me with the rebate that is owed.

Sandy Larson is the VP of Customer Service with Citibank card services. I will be having an interesting conversation with her tomorrow hopefully.

I am waiting for my rebate to post so I can pay the card off in full and be done with citibank for good.
