I purchased an on-line Business Class airline ticket on China Airlines from Saigon to Los Angeles.

I flew Business Class from Saigon to Taiwan.  When I tried to check in for the flight to Los Angeles, China Airlines said the the ticket was business class from Saigon to Taiwan and Economy class from Taiwan to Los Angeles.  If I wanted to continue Business Class I would have to pay about $500.00.
They also said I could wait until business hours the following morning to talk to an airline representative.
My choices were, Pay the $500, and arrive on time, or wait about 10 hours in a deserted airline terminal for the business offices to open and maybe be refused again and arrive late. 
I wrote to City explaining the problem.  They wrote back saying that it was my choice to pay the extra money and I chose to pay it.  My fault.  
Citi also a branch office in Saigon.  However, the branch office says they are not really connected with Citi and I cannot conduct any business at that branch office because they only rent the Citi Logo and are not really a part of the extended Citi corporation.
