Citi-Habitats makes all of their agents have their customers sign a "fee agreement", yet if a customer has signed it and does not pay a fee, they do not sue for the fee!
This is a disgrace to the Manhattan brokerage industry and an absolute disrespect to their agents. Citi-Habitats has no respect or regard for their agents' hard work and do not operate with integrity and respect. They only care about collecting their money.
Unfortunately for the few good agents at the firm, the bad agents and managers make up the majority.
Many agents left this firm at one time in one year because of being cheated out of fees, numerous mistakes on their paychecks, leads, and not being treated with fairness or respect.
Agents: Go find someplace else to work if you want an honest career in Manhattan Real Estate!
