Citi Platinum Business Card Citigroup Inc. Reward program ripoff des moines, Iowa

The Traveler Miles program ripped me off.  I have been a 100k client for the past 10 years.  I have always redeemed 65,000 reward points for $1,000 sears card (best value for the points) every year.  They gave me notice that they were cancelling the credit card program for Citi just three weeks ago.  You can only earn up to 10,000 points a month.  So now it is impossible to earn the the 65,000 that I need.  I will be appx. 5,000 points short which means they screwed me out of appx. $500.00. I am sure that I will not be the only one that gets screwed from this deal.  I called to get the point maximum monthly waived.  They didn't care what so ever.  I will never have another Citi card again.
