We were just one month behind in a house we have lived in for 11 yrs with no problem. We then went to pay the payment with late charges included for the month we were behind, now let me say this was just one payment we were behind, not 2 or three. When we went to pay they would not accept it, and now they wanted 2 payments instead.

The second payment which was not late yet.

And now they are forclosing on our house because we were on payment late and they wouldnt accept the payment when we tried to pay it.

I even tried to pay it via the automated system and it would not accept it.

the letter said that even if we sent the payment they would still forclose anyway.

What kind of people or company is this to fprclose on a house only 1 month behind and then when you try to make the payment they wont accept it and then demand another month that wasnt even late yet?

So we are loosing our house of 11 years that we tried to pay but they wouldnt accept it.

I think that this stinks and something needs to be done about these kinds of practices
