I closed my mortgage loan in July 2013 with CitiMortgage, afaterwards, they issued me a refund check of $127 which was sent to a wrong address. When I received it few months later, it was already passed 6 months and check expired. I mailed the expired check to CitiMortgage on 01/08/14 and asked to reissue a check to me with the right address, nothing happened. I mailed another letter with copy of check on 02/02/14. nothing happened again. then I went to CitiMortgage website found the reseach site. send correspondence to:CitiMortgage, Inc.Attn: Customer Research TeamP.O. again, nothing. not even a curtsey letter to tell me they received the complaint. I don't know if CitiMortgage is still alive since it has never responded my request. or they are so poor and they have to cheat my $127.  I wish some one can tell me how to get their response quickly. today is April 16. 3 months passed and no response.
