I made a loan with Citigroup Lending Group. This afternoon, I got an e-mail congratulating me for, guess getting approved. They said all I needed was to call this number 1-226-935-7304 to get information about my loan. The number was long distance. then I ran across your page saying that this group is a scam! No they didnt ask money from me yet; but I guess theyre about to. The problem is I gave my SIN number already!
What do I do next? I mean can I get compensated because theyre a scam and they shouldnt email stuff like that because they are a scam? What if they take over my account because they already have my SIN number?
So what do I do with this situation basically? Please do try to help me. I am very thankful for that post saying they actually have another company named scam by the same group; saying they asked money from the borrower and never gave them the loan!
