Citicorp Trust Bank did not apply the full amount of my extra payment on several occasions Irving Texas

I refinanced with Citicorp in November, 2005. I enrolled in the Equity Builder Program to pay down my mortgage faster. Every other week, Citcorp automatically withdrawals $864 from my checking account. I authorized them to add a $200 extra payment to pay the mortgage off faster. In March, 2006, I received my statement from Citicorp and noticed that $50 was taken out of my $200 extra payment. Also, there was no principal applied at all from my bi-weekly payment. I called Citcorp and they said that I didn't meet my interest for the month and that is why they took it out of my extra payment. What???? It never did get resolved and they have done it two more times.
