CitiFinancial Auto Financing - Sharon Berry HORRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT FINANCE YOUR AUTO THROUGH THIS COMPANY RIPOFF Dallas Texas

I purchase my van approximately 8 months ago, I was financed through CitiFinancial Auto Financing. We had made our payment for January 07', unfortunately it was returned by our bank, marked NSF. However upon realizing this we took action to correct it. In the interim we were processing a refinance of our home which included paying off the loan I had with CitiFinancial. When CitiFinancial had received our check back NSF, our account automatically went to collections, even though it was barely past 30-days. The representative, Sharon Berry, called my fiance' at his work and repeatedly berated him verbal on the phone. When I learned of this I called Ms. Berry myself and told her that she cannot and will no longer call my fiance' at his work and to remove the phone number from their file. She ensued and argument with me wherein she screamed at me that "I needed to ask her not tell her", I tried to request a payoff from her she refused to honor my request, I then requested to speak with her supervisor. I was transferred to a Mr. Pulhe. He continued to treat me with complete and utter disrespect. He picked up right where Ms. Berry left off. I ended up hanging up because he continued to talk right over me. We were called again the very next day, that is when we informed them that we will be paying the loan off, to please produce a payoff statement, again we were refused. Finally, on the third request, they produced the payoff. Now today, 02/27/07 they called my fiance' parents and they have also called good friends of ours that we had used as references on our loan application, stating that they were trying to contact us and could they get a message to us. We have made the payment and we have the check coming to us for the payoff, all will be completed by 03/02/07. We told them repeatedly that we will be paying off the loan. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY BY A COMPANY IN MY LIFE. There was absolutely no reason for them to treat us this way. I STRONGLY WARN YOU AGAINST FINANCING ANYTHING WITH CITIFINANCIAL, THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, I CAN ONLY HOPE THAT WHAT THEY DISH OUT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS COMES BACK TO THEM TWOFOLD!!!!! AND TO MS. BERRY, YOU ARE A ROTTEN PERSON, I IMAGINE YOU WOULD HAVE TO DRINK ALOT TO FORGET HOW HORRIBLE YOU ARE, YOU DON'T BELONG AMONG THE HUMAN SPECIES, POND SCUM WOULD NOT EVEN BE SUITABLE FOR A PERSON SUCH AS YOURSELF.
