These peolpe are driving me nuts!! Every time you call them they tell you something different. You never talk to the same person twice. They apparantly bought out the other company that had my motgage...ever since then it has gone down hill!!I got behind on a payment so they put me on a plan so it could be caught up. When they get you down they like to keep you there!!I had 1 payment left when Isabell hit and was late by 1 week due to the storm.

Now they tell me I owe them 6800$!!!! Imake all my payments through Western Union so there is no chance of it not getting there. I was instructed by them to fax reciepts to them so they could check it out. Guess what??!! They gave me the wrong fax number!! I called them today and just found this out. Apperantly in the last few days they moved their building that the faxes went to. They tried to tell me that maybe the people on the other end of the fax didn't know the number was changing!!!EXCUUUUSSSE ME!!!How does a company this size get away with this???DDDUUUHHH!!!

How does a regular person deal with them? I would really like some feedback on this. I would just love to take this to a lawyer...if I had the money I would!!! Signed...SICK OF THEIR CRAP!!!!!

#3 Consumer Suggestion

This Florida Victim of CitiMortgage suggests you contact your State Treasurer's Office

and the same Treasurer's Office in Missouri (the State where CitiMortgage headquarters are located). Ask for, obtain, and file a formal Citizen's Complaint form describing your alleged or perceived victimization by CitiMortgage. That's it...all there is to do after you've become pro-active (not that you haven't been to date)is to sit back and wait for the two States to compel CitiMortgage to provide you a clear explanation or resolution.
