CitiResidential Lending CitiResidential offers Foreclosure Seminar to troubled homeowners to substantiate government bailout Orange City, Santa Ana California

Yes, we received a letter from CitiResidential by UPS advising us of a Foreclosure Seminar and how they are offering Homeownership Preservation. They asked for all types of paperwork to bring to this seminar, but only gave a day's notice. It was just announced over the news that Citi was just bailed out of their situation and I think they had to react pretty quick just to look good on paper and make some kind of jesture to help the public with their foreclosure problems. I think this should have been done along like before this and it wouldn't have gotten to this point. CitiResidential needs to help out all of their customers who have an adjustable interest rate regardless of their credit rating. It got that way because of them and now what are we suppose to do. If the government bailed them out, they should do the same for us, but that would be a miracle if they did. They are too greedy. I have gone through their modification program back in October, 2008 and here I am in the same mess again and facing foreclosure because they lied about their program. They just wanted me to come up with thousands of dollars up front first and then set me up with added expenses such as escrows, late fees due to their loan modification plan and other fees, which are unknown. Don't trust these people. Along with not being trustworthy, they are so rude and obnoxious. I am so frustrated with the whole deal that I can't see straight. I am on medical leave and am in jeopardy of loosing my job along with facing foreclosure. I should have never refinanced my house through Ameriquest. They made it sound so easy and good. I had it good before. My payments were very low and I wouldn't be going through this. My mortgage was through Bank of America and I never had this kind of problem. I regret ever trusting them and will never do something like that again.
