Citizens Area Transit CAT Para Transit Fraud Mixing Up Identities Identity Theft Discrimination Against Female Vets Las Vegas, Nevada

I was in a very Serious Car Collision a few years ago and found that someone else was also using my Identity.  I have been using Citizen's Area Transit when I need to get around because of Permanent injuries to my back, neck ,arm and ankle. My leg swells when I walk too far or too long.  I Cannot Drive while taking prescription Medications For Good and solid reasons. My knee was operated on twice in the past year and I have no Wheel chair, only a cane and it is very difficult going up and down stairs.

To Add Insult to Injury Citizen's Area Transit has my paperwork mixed up with someone else's and Did not contact My physicians.  They spoke to the Physical Therapist ( Matt Smith) and a Physician I know nothing of.  After My Physicians called them, they have not returned their calls, nor did they send faxes for them to sign the Authorization for Para Transit Service.  I have No Wheel Chair to get around in.  If people hate female Veterans that much they really need to re-evaluate their thinking.  They never know What Position they may one day find themselves in...
