I submitted my review on the citizenhipper.com about fraudulent mover that picked up my household goods, illegally held hostage and failed to give up possession of household goods. I wanted to alert others, but sounds like citizenhipper.com and Richard Obousy, CEO cares less about the costumer! citizenhipper.com, deleted my review, leaving 5stars for this mover!!! and did not respond to my emails. Why would you want to keep this a secret? It's a shame when businesses only care about money. citizenhipper.com - is acting as a Internet-based moving broker having an Impact on Consumers.
Under current law: Information about household goods transportation on carriers' websites and brokers must be accessible to consumer to maintain a website that displays their DOT assigned number and the DOT publication entitled `Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move'.
Consumer Fraud Abuse Prevention Act of the Federal regulations would require the person involved (directly on indirectly) to provide adequate protection; establish a publicly accessible database of complaints related to motor carrier transportation of household goods.

We're sorry to hear that you've had a negative experience with CitizenShipper, and we'd like to work with you to rectify the situation.
Regarding reviews of drivers, CitizenShipper is neutral third party marketplace providing consumers with access to feedback rated drivers.
When a consumer leaves a review on a driver, that review can be used by future customers to help them decide whether or not to hire that driver.
CitizenShipper does not modify or delete reviews, except in the extremely rare scenario where one party files a complaing with us indicating that the other party has left a false review with malicious intent. In this scenario, CitizenShipper will contact both parties in an effort to understand the situation.
If one party fails to respond to the investigation, we side with the party who has indicated that a false and or malicious review was left for them.
We are not aware of the specific case that is being referred to in this report, however we are fully receptive to reopening any investigation provided the individual complaining contacts us and makes us aware of the situation.
We continue to operate our marketplace ethically and we look forward to dialogue with the customer who filed this report in an attempt to come to an amicable resolution.
