city auto wholsale WATCH OUT RIPP OFF NO GOOD milwaukie, Oregon

I went to city auto wholesale on Oct 29, 2009 (my birthday) to get a better gas milage truck.  I traded my chevy pickup and 500.00 cash. I was sold a 1993 toyota 4x4 pickup. On my way home the pickup's brakes went out and I almost hit another car. they told me that they would fix it on there dime and if I did not want the truck they would give me my chevy and my money back. the brakes where fixed and now the brakes are out again and I can not drive it at all. also the upper A-arm bushings are gone. So on November the 21st I towed the pickup to them and asked for my money back and my chevy. I was told NO and that the toyota is 15years old and not to expect that the pickup would be drivable or not. I was also told they do not have to and will not checked the cars they sell out to see if they are road worthy. Yes they told my they will take the toyots back and exchange it out for another vehicle. THe whole point is that they are crooked no good dealers and they will seel you a unsafe vehicle and not care about any person that gets hurt or killed. They just sell vehicles and they don't care at all. SO STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
