City Financial/ Amc Mortgage The try to rip me off Sant Santa Ana, California

I did my loan with Amc who this year transfer my loan to City financial.

I have been paying my loan on time. In March I had called the company that I was sick while out of town that I was going to be late on in my March payment because have been out of work for almost 2 month and I told them that in July my adjustable going to be adjust every 6 month and the value of my house went down. I want them to help me with a loan modifications.where the will put that month backend of my mortgage. They send me a letter they said the will work on it for me.

I called after 2 weeks they said they did not received my application and they send another one. After one month they send a letter to meet with the company representative at Miami Dade Community College (This was town effort arrange by the govenor for the people who loosing their house. I went there talk to the agent fill out the paper again did a financial report. She told told me everiything was okay I make enough money to qualify and she will freeze the interest.

In the meantime I went to neighborhood housing. We called every week. She ask if there is a way we can make some payments they said no. A Representant from city called me again they told they could not find my paper. They had send the paper and give them okay from the phone to check my credit and told to wait. Now july came the adjustable is up and 10 days ago they send me letter that my loan modifications has been denied. They want me to call them to make a payment arrangement they send a total of$13.000.00 dollars payment and fee.

In the meantime live is getting more expensive. There is no way I can pay my mortgage and pay those extra payments.I think the company take their time make seem like they are helping but they did not do thing but charge more money at the end. I think that is rip off. i need your help I just need a loan Modifications. I do not mind to pay only what i old if the put at the end of my mortgage not all those fee. I took my Insurance for a long time for $1.800 they still charge for a forplace insurance $8.000.00 and ps safeway and Ameriquest are the same.
