This company advertised to our company a $250 monthly package for their advertising services. After 1 month our company received no business from their advertising, and cancelled the service. Instead of City Grid Media charging our company for the $250, they charged our company $1000 after cancellation, and are refusing to reimburse.

We do understand your concern in regards to your charges. Per our terms of use we bill for 30days. If you requested to cancel your account in the middle of the billing cycle your account is canelled at the end of the billing cycle in which you requested. Your billing cycle is preset depending on the date that your campaign was enrolled. If you wold like our customer service to take a look at this again for you in regards to a refund please contact us (800)611-4827 or myaccount@citygridmedia.com
