City Grid Media False Representation of Fees and Services West Hollywood, California

I was contacted via a cold call from Scott Vogel of City Grid Media.   He shared how his firm could drive significant leads to me and expand my business.    I was specifically told I would be billed 75-cents per phone call and/or visits to my website.   When the first month bill arrived the entire $500 per month I agreed to spend was used.   The phone contacts and website visits amounted to $25 and the balance represented clicks to my "profile" and "map".    I was never advised there would be charges for anything but phone and web visits.    Also, I was promised there would be no charges to my credit card and that I would receive a hard copy billing to pay with a check.   On all fronts, I was lied to and the company mis-represented their services.
