City Lending Group ,City Lending scamed me out of 2800.00 Hampton Virginia

I applied at city Lending group for a 15000.00 debt consoladation loan. I applied because I have bad credit. I spoke with a man named Arthur Dunkin who stated that I had been approved for a loan. He then faxed all Docs to me and stated it was a legal binding contract to make sure i read it carefully. Becaude I Have Such bad credit he stated A Colatteral payment was needed. I would need to send the first 4 payments of the loan totaling 1400.00 and i would recieve the loan in my account with in 24 hours.

The very next day I received a call from David Miller who stated my loan was reassed by the lender and because I was such A high risk that an aditional 1400.00 would be needed to secure the loan as per the contract he faxed me over. The very next day after complying with all the terms and conditions of the contract. I was contacted again by David Miller. This time stating the lender had backed out and now the had to persue legal action against them.

I believe I got scamed out of the 2800.00 I sent them because now they say they can not refund my money till the 21st of feb almost 4 weeks later and i believe they are using this stalling tactic to sucker more people in the same situation as me in to there scam. PLZ dont let thease people victimize you as they did me. I have contacted the better buisness Buero The Federal Trade Comission and The Federal Buero of Investigation. The BBB Has replied to me Stating that there Mailing address is undeliverable and does not exhist.
