city matress misrepresenting/poor customer service/liars rocheswter, New York

I thought City Mattress was the place to buy, it is not true, they lie about everything and don't stand behind their warrantee. They said I had the top of the line Simmons mattress and it was a $4,000 mattress 70% because it was a floor model. They said it had a 4 inch memory foam top, when it sunk in and didn't come back like memory foam should I called the factory, there is no $4,000 bed and the bed I have has a 1 inch memory foam with 1 1/2 inch junk foams on top and bottom of it that is junk and gets sunk in, they won't warrantee the mattress because they said it is suppossed to get sunk in as far as to kill your back so you can't get out of bed in the morning. They lied about the product quality and price, then don't stand behind it, every sales person there lies to get a big commission.
