You indicated that a "final judgment" was entered.  If this is true, then the Department of Adminstrative Hearings entered the judgment.  If the tickets were dismissed in the Dept. of Administrative Hearings, you should have a Findings, Decisions, and Order that was issued by them on the day you appeared.  If not, you can always obtain one from them through FOIA request (Freedom of Information Act).  If no Order has been entered, then there is no judgment.  Normally, you can stop by the Dept. of Administrative Hearings at 400 West Superior Street and ask for a copy of an order at the lobby desk for free unless it is older than 2002.

It is never too late for a hearing.  An order may say that you have only a few days to request a hearing, but Admin. Hearings will normally ignore this and schedule one anyway.    The only cost of doing this is your time (no fees).

If you are lucky to get a hearing and there is a judgment, provide whatever proof you have to the administrative officer.  If the officer denies your request, ask that you want an administrative review.  They are required to give you an administrative review.  Normally things will be resolved at this point.  This will involve more than just the administrative officer reviewing the case.

They also fabricated a violation against me. They oviously used the same camera picture and just created another ticket. I agreed to pay this second ticket even though I was not even in the city of Chicago that day. I makes me feel sick that our democrats are that currupt. They say it is to late for a hearing, and who knows what else they are willing to do. I wish some one could help us. They seem to pic on the old and week.
